In this sacred 60 minutes, we will:

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as tapping) is a powerful, yet gentle tool that helps calm the nervous system, shift emotional patterns, and bring you back into balance.
Think of it as emotional acupuncture, without the needles.

We tap on energy points on the body while tuning in to what feels stuck, heavy, or overwhelming…
And something magical begins to happen.
